Being a true example of a timeless dress watch; this fine example features applied pencil hour indexes complemented with the doted chapter ring; tying in perfectly with the dauphine hands - earning a ‘Calatrava’ moniker due to its resemblance.
Dating to the early 60’s, this Iwc Calatrava features the In-house automatic calibre 853 with the proprietary pellaton winding system. While the 35mm case appears to be sharp, there is minor patina on the dial as well as wear commensurate with age - sold as head only with a aftermarket crocodile strap.
