On offer today is rare & fine chronograph from the ever popular Kurono Tokyo - the Chronograph 1 mk2 Kakishibu-iro or salmon.
While appearing to be visually similar to a salmon tone - this Chronograph mk2’s dial is inspired by the colour of Kakishibu; a traditional fermented persimmon juice which has historically been used as a dye.
In improvement over the original chronograph, the mk2 features a slimmed caseback profile to enhance on-wrist wearability. A subtle but fine detail; the minute counter hand is in the form of a traditional Japanese 'kyudo' arrow.
Dated to 2023 and presented in excellent condition with minimal surface level wear; this fine chronograph is accompanied with its double box & card.
