On offer today is fine, complicated & rare timepiece from the Zaratsu masters; the Grand Seiko Spring Drive GMT Chronograph ref SBGC001.
Featuring a column wheel chronograph, power reserve indicator, date & even a true GMT complication; the SBGC001 is a truly ‘do-it-all’ timepiece. Grand Seiko over-executed the 9R86 movement and left no crumbs with the Tokyo-Stripes.
This SBGC001 features the iconic 44Gs case design finished with zaratsu; as well as oversized screw-down pushers - creating a ‘Triple Nipple’ shape to the case flank. While bearing a hefty stature; the bracelet has been tastefully designed to accomodate; featuring the contrasting 5 link finish & micro-adjust clasp.
This particular example features a warm toned-silver dial & is dated to 2017; it is accompanied with its complete double box, booklets, full links, hangtag & papers. It is presentedis excellent condition with surface level scratches & hairlines.
